Debra Jean Romberger, MD was born April 13, 1955, in Abilene, KS, attended Kansas State University (B.S.) and University of Kansas School of Medicine (MD), before moving to Omaha in 1988 and joining the UNMC faculty in 1990.
She died in Omaha on May 20, 2025.

I met Dr. Romberger because she working with my brother through the VA. She was probably his favorite Dr over a number of years and when he passed away, she came to his service. She was so kind and caring. My brother has been gone over 20 years but I still think about her once in a while. I'm sorry for your loss and the loss to the patients she served.
