Debra Rowe Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Jacksonville Memory Gardens Funeral Home & Cemetery on Oct. 1, 2025.
Debra Alice Randle, 69, of Orange Park, Florida, passed away peacefully on September 25, 2025, with her children, granddaughter, and closest friends by her side.
Debra was born in Miami, Florida, and spent most of her life in Orange Park, where she raised her family and built a life centered on love, kindness, and devotion to others.
She was the beloved mother of Bob IV, Matthew, and Brooke Randle. She was the cherished grandmother of Kaylee, Jayce, Brayden, Ryder, Rippken, and Jude Randle. A great-grandmother to Noah and Eliana Copeland. Debra is also survived by her daughter-in-law Maegan Randle; sons-in-law Josh and Chris, and her sisters Barbie and Robin. Debra was preceded in death by her son Bob IV, her mother Sally, her step-father Irv, and brother Barry.
More than anything, Debra loved being a mother and grandmother. Her love was undeniable and unconditional, a constant source of strength and comfort for her family. She found joy in vacationing with her loved ones and treasured every moment spent with them. Debra was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, and friend who lived her life in service to others. Her generosity and compassion touched countless lives, and the world is a better place because she walked it.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, and her legacy of love and kindness will live on through her family.
