In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Jason Salyers and siblings, Billy Sutherland and Betty Sutherland.
A Christian and a loving wife and mother and she was very proud of her children.
Survivors include her husband of 20 years, Tony Steffey; daughter, Bobbi Lawson and husband Ron of Fairlawn, Va.; sister, Diane Steffey of Lebanon, Va.; special niece, Joy Bergeron and husband Matt of Dahlonega, Ga.; special nephew. Keith Steffey and wife Sara of Lebanon; special friend, Sarah Artrip of Augusta, Ga.
A private service will be held at a later date.
