Debra H Warner, 73, of Hillsboro, passed at 11:55 a.m. Sunday, November 30, 2025 in Highland District Hospital.

She was born June 1, 1952, in Chillicothe, to the late Charles and Katherine Bell Maddy.

Surviving are children, Charles (Tina) Vogtli, of Hillsboro, Deanna (David) Long, of Hillsboro, Kimberly Hendricks, of Hillsboro, Katherine Warner, of Cincinnati; grandchildren, Dexter Fiehrer, Ava Morris, Tara Emrick, Liam Heagy, Zachary Vogtli, Haley Crowe and Joshua Crum; a brother, Charles Maddy, Jr., of Chillicothe; a sister, Sharon Crumb, of Pennsylvania; and a special niece, Julie Bates, of Chillicothe. She was predeceased by a sister, Carol Seymour.

Debra retired from Lord Label.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday, December 5, 2025 at the WARE FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Bruce Viar officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service on Friday.
