Deiante M. Williams departed this life on June 28, 2022 at Decatur Memorial Hospital at the young age of 18.
Deiante was born on April 25, 2004, the son of Raeven Jones and Montez Williams.
He attended Decatur Public Schools and during his senior year at MacArthur High School he received awards for his artistry.
Deiante was very talented. He was a gifted artist. He also enjoyed dancing, playing percussions and comedic performances.
Deiante leaves to cherish his 18 years of loving memories to: his parents: Raeven Jones and Montez (LaKisha) Williams; children: Khy'lein Barbee and Kamden Barbee (bonus child); siblings: Lawrence Lee, Talmel Wilson, Montrell Williams, Rae'Zhane Jones, Montez Williams; bonus siblings, Lakreisha Dady, Mahki Dady; maternal grandmother, Joyce A. Rochester, paternal great grandmother, Emma Williams, best friend, Alanna Woods, one niece, Jelauni Vorties, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Terry Allen Jones, paternal grandparents, Kenny Carson and Gwendolyn Holloway, great grandmother, Shirley Phillips, and great-great grandfather, Lenford "Duke" Russell.
