Delbert D. Kroupa,81, of Rockport, Texas, passed away on January 20, 2026. He was born in Waukesha, Wisconsin, on October 9, 1944.
Delbert married Shirley on October 9, 1965, where they shared 60 years creating a life they loved. Throughout his life, he had a career as a carpenter, and when he wasn’t working enjoyed fishing, minor construction, and science.
Preceded in death by son, Daniel Kroupa; parents, Delbert and Mary Kroupa; siblings, Laurel Kroupa, Mike Kroupa, and Louise Horvat.
Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife, Shirley Kroupa; foster daughters, Debra Stachowiak, and Cynthia Blaszczky Draupeau; grandchildren, Allison Kroupa, and Brandon Stachowiak; sister, Ginny Gimler.
