I worked with Delbert Payne at Superior wheels. He was a great guy to work with, we had a lot of fun and a lot of laughs. Contacted him a couple months ago on Facebook. And talked to him a few times. Planned on coming to see him again. But the cards were not in our favor. He will be missed, but always remembered
