Delbert Everett Pomani Jr

Delbert was one of my best friends, in 1973 I met him at Henry Crowdogs , my father was Lenni Lenape,French and Choctaw. I spent 2 years out in South Dakota, I learned a lot of lessons from bloods . I am mixed with many nationalities. Chief Black Fox and I caught up with each other 4 years ago after not seeing each other in 28 years. It was like we were never apart. Delbert´s heart and spirit was always open for me to be me , his friend. So many of the elders that were my friends and teachers have passed on to the spirit world. I´ve been crying for 3 days straight since I found out that he passed. Last week we were talking on phone. He was making arrangements to go home with his daughter and grandson who just passed away in automobile accident. Delbert I promise I will continue praying to Creator for guidance .
