Delfina Gonzalez Chase, age 89, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, February 1, 2026. She was a wonderful daughter, wife, mother, sister, grandmother, friend and will be dearly missed. Delfina is preceded in death by her parents: Manuel and Soledad Gonzalez, and her brothers: Valente († Isela) Gonzalez, Martin († Minerva) Gonzalez, Arturo Gonzalez, and Salvador (Rosalia) Gonzalez. She is survived by her children: Cecilia and Mario Martinez, her brother: Adan (Nena) Gonzalez, her grandchildren: Kelley A. Martinez and Christopher T. Martinez as well numerous nieces, nephews and friends to cherish and honor her memory. Delfina was employed by the City of El Paso for 30 years. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, and Interior Designing.
A Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at Sunset Funeral Homes-West with a Scripture Service at 5:00 pm.
