Della Mae Ohanian

Della Mae Ohanian, 84 of Findlay passed away on Sunday, August 10, 2025. Della was born to William H. and Mabel (Roberts) Hipps on December 8, 1940, in Detroit, Michigan. She married Larry Ohanian on October 9, 1960, and he preceded her in death on July 9, 2020. Della is survived by two children; Robert (Holly) Ohanian of Cedar Park, Tx, and Deborah (Greg) Parrott of Cincinnati. She is also survived by grandchildren; Derek (Izzy) Parrott, Sean Parrott and a brother, Gary (Kerry) Hipps of Tipton, Michigan. Her parents preceded her in death. Della was a true nurturer and family caregiver for numerous family members throughout the years. She was the heart of the family and made everyone feel loved. She was also a longtime member of the First Presbyterian Church, Findlay. Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2025, from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME where a funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM Saturday. Pastor Jessica Commeret will officiate, and burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made in memory of Della to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
