Deloise Campbell was born to the union of Clenton Bullock Campbell and James A. Campbell on October 27, 1969, in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. She began her formal education in the Arkadelphia Public School system, then moved to Little Rock where she graduated from the Arkansas School for the Deaf, class of 1989. At an early age, Deloise accepted Christ as the head of her life at an early age and was baptized, becoming a member of New Hope Church Of God In Christ.
Deloise never met a stranger, and always gave a helping hand. Most of all she loved her family. She enjoyed spending time with her family, going to church, looking and trying on clothes, and playing Patty Cake.
On Monday, August 28, 2023, she entered into eternal rest. She was preceded in death by her father, James A. Campbell (March 11, 2020); siblings, Linda Joyce Campbell, Gerald Campbell, and James Kirt Campbell.
Memories will remain with her mother, Clenton Campbell of Arkadelphia, AR; her siblings, Debra (Herman) Monroe of Dallas, TX; Kenny Ray Campbell, Bobby Campbell, and Mike Campbell all of Arkadelphia, AR; aunts Marie Reed of Arkadelphia, AR; Nolia Claxton of Detroit, MI; Cynthia Henderson of Wichita, KS; Margaret Bullock of Arkadelphia, AR; special aunt, JoAnn Bullock of Arkadelphia, AR; Servada Berry of Arkadelphia, AR; Nelda Bullock of Arkadelphia, AR; one uncle Roland Bullock of Prescott, AR; a host of nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
A public visitation will be Friday, September 1, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with the family will receive friends from 7:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 2, 2023, at Greater Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with Elder Daryl Maxwell, eulogist. The interment will be at Piney Grove Cemetery.
Active Pallbearers will be Jerel Yarber, Joseph Newborn, Courtney Reed, Robert Reed, Keith Bullock, and Calvin Bullock.
