Delores M. "Doddie"/"Shortie" Alsip (nee Bloomhuff) age 96 of Mt. Washington, passed away July 20, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late Virgil Alsip, devoted daughter of the late Charles A. and Lillie Denton Bloomhuff, loving sister of the late Roy, Robert, Harold, and Erma, caring aunt of Monie (Brad) Van Aken, and dear great-aunt of Jason (Michelle) Van Aken and Amanda (Brian) Olson. Also survived by numerous great great-nieces and nephews. American Legion Post 484 Auxiliary service will be held at T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home, 2050 Beechmont Ave., Mt. Washington, on Friday, August 1st at 10 am where friends may visit from 9 am until time of service.
