Delores Ann Mison

Delores A. Mison nee Boughton, age 87, late of Tinley Park, IL, passed away November 21, 2025. Devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. Delores was a teacher and homemaker for most of her life. She started her teaching career in Blue Island, IL and later became a substitute teacher in District 150 (South Holland, IL) and District 148 (Riverdale, IL). Avid fan of playing pinochle with friends and crafting pottery pieces. Most of all she loved spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed.

Loving wife of the late Robert Mison. Beloved mother of Jeffrey Mison and the late Ann Marie Prater. Cherished grandmother of Trey Prater and Chloe Mison. Caring sister of Bill (Katie) Boughton and Karen (late Jerry) Pilcher. Dear daughter of the late Robert and late Leona Boughton. Kind aunt of several nieces and nephews.

Visitation, Sunday, November 30, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Vandenberg Funeral Home, 17248 S. Harlem Ave. Tinley Park, IL 60477. Interment will be Private.
