Ms. Emma Jean Miller and Pastor Stan Travis Sr. on a Beautiful Saturday afternoon, August 10,1968. Demond Professed His Life To Christ at an Early age, As He Often spoke How Much He Loved & Adored The Most-High Daily. Demond Was Educated in The Ferguson Florissant School Dist. where He Graduated & Continued to Teach Karate & Later Kung Fu, as He was Honored as Being a Legend starting from "Tracys' Karate School", To "Shaolin Temple", Having Earned The Name "SHIFU" and a Great Teacher He Was. Demond Loved To Dance & Sing as He Earned His Place On Stage Performing With None Other Than Mr. LL Cool J Himself, Bobby Brown. Tevin Campbell, Mr. Kevin Toney Renown Pianist & Johnny Taylor Jr, Just To Name a Few. Demond Started a Detailing Service and a Moving Company, While Making His Clients Proud was His #1 Priority. He Was an Awesome Cook who Loved Feeding His Family, Friends & Strangers. Demond was a Jack Of All Trades After Retiring from The Stage. He Moved to Muskogee Okla where He Met and Married The Love Of His Life, His Wife Mrs. Earlene Holliday Travis, Staying Married Until She Preceded Him In Death, March 2010. Later He Met a special friend Deborah Ragsdale. Demond Was Preceded In Death By His Wife: Earlene V. Holliday Travis; His (2) Sons: Mr. Demond A. Travis Jr & Mr. Dewayne D. Jackson; His (2) Brothers: Mr. Duan R. Travis & Mr. Kenneth L. Butler: His (2) Sisters: Ms. Paula Griffin & Ms. Chauncia Chatman; His Grandparents': Mr. & Mrs. Cleveland Sr & Maxine Miller, and Mr. & Mrs. Stephen L Sr & Gladys Travis; His Uncles: Mr. Murphy Miller & Mr. Stephen L.
