A daughter of the late Frances Clifford Palmer and Claire Anne Palmer, she was born June 3, 1951 in East Hampton Connecticut. She was a LPN for Mt. View and Toccoa Nursing Centers. She enjoyed crafting and sewing. She was preceded in death by two brothers John and Frankie Palmer and a sister Jean Palmer.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Lenna and Matt Smith of Toccoa; grandchildren, Kori Dodgins, Karli Dodgins, Jacob Dodgins, Joseph Dodgins and Makayla Sanders; sisters and brother-in-law, Martha and Don Mealor and Linda Fain both of Toccoa; brother, Steven Palmer of Tennessee.
No services are planned at this time.
