"Hey There Trouble"
Our beloved Denise Jensen passed away December 27, 2023, surrounded by her loving family while holding the hand of her devoted husband, Ruel Dewayne Jensen, who was always by her side through her many trials. Denise and Ruel's love story is eternal and was solemnized in the Oquirrh Mountain Temple.
Denise made friends wherever she went. Her bubbly personality was infectious. She tenaciously fought throughout her life to be independent despite the many health challenges she faced. She will be deeply missed by her family and many friends.
She is survived by her husband, Ruel Dewayne Jensen, her brother Calvin Evans (Ginger Rhodes), sister, Norma Schmidt, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Earl J. Evans, her mother, Billee Mortimer, and her twin sister, Patrice Steiner (Dan).
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am, January 2, 2024, at the Lakeridge 10th Ward building, 7960 West Dalesend Drive, Magna, Utah. There will also be a viewing from 6:00 - 8:00 PM on Monday, January 1, 2024, at McDougal Funeral Home located at 4330 South Redwood Road, Taylorsville, Utah. Prior to the service on January 2 there will be an additional viewing from 9:30 - 10:45.
