Dennie Charles Ledford, 69, of Pittsview, AL, passed away at home on December 30, 2025. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
Dennie Ledford was born on March 20, 1956, in Columbus, GA, to the late Charlie Ledford and Robbie Skinner Ledford. Dennie was an assistant manager for Winn Dixie for nearly 20 years and a routeman for Tom’s Foods for many years until retirement. In his free time, he enjoyed reading, watching NASCAR, and playing trivia games. Dennie was a huge fan of music, especially classic rock and country. His perfect day would be listening to the Eagles or Elvis while watching Alabama Football and BBQing with his family. Dennie was talented at woodwork and enjoyed the outdoors. He liked guns, hunting, and fishing, but most of all, spending time and making memories with his children and grandchildren. Dennie was a loving and supportive husband, father, and paw. He was a smart and humorous man with quick wit that made him fun to spend time with. Dennie will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him.
Dennie Ledford is preceded in death by his parents, Charlie Ledford and Robbie Skinner Ledford. He is survived by his beloved wife of 26 years, Debbie Ledford; daughter, Mallory Ledford Naugher (Andrew); son, Taylor Ledford (Ashlyn); bonus children, Hunter Livingston (Brandi) and Snap Livingston (Melaney); brothers, Gary Ledford and Steven Ledford (LaDonna); grandchildren, Charlie and Andy Naugher, and Kayden, Hadley, Montana, and Easton Livingston; as well as many nieces and nephews.
