Dennis Dexter Armstrong was born Jully 22, 1957 to parentage of Harold and Catherine Armstrong. He departed this world on February 3, 2026 at East GA Regional Medical Center in Statesboro, Georgia.
At an early age, he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior and joined the Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Tyson, GA under the leadership of Rev. JE. Clark.
He was a hardworking man who valued family and friendship. For more than 40 years, Dennis worked at Wayne Dasher's farm. He later retired from the Georgia Department of Transportation in 2011.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Catherine Armstrong; brother, Harry Armstrong; his sister-in-law, Althea Armstrong; and his brother-in-law, Gary Levant.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his two daughters, Dominique Doe of Atlanta, GA and Lanice (Craig) Cooper of Glennville, GA; his son, Aaron Armstrong of Glennville, GA; grandchildren, London Armstrong, King Armstrong, Domarion Jones and Danajha Doe; one great-granddaughter, Ahmoni Doe; one sister, Vondelle Levant of Glennville, GA and one sister-in-law, Gloria Armstrong of Ludowici, GA. Like a brother, Barney (Dorothy) Berry of Glennville, GA; aunts and uncles, Alfreda (Julian) Stevens of Glennville, GA, Gene (Marion) McKinnon of Claxton, GA, Sarah Berry of Glennville, GA, Connie McKinnon of St. Helena, SC and Luveda Brazelton of San Diega, CA; two goddaughters, Amy Levant of Glennville, GA; Anita (Craig) Wiggins of Green Cove Springs, FL and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and loved ones.
