Dennis F. Barry

Dennis F. Barry of Media, PA passed away at home surrounded by his family, on September 22, 2019 at the age of 73. He was born October 27, 1945 to the late Dennis & Claire (Borek) Barry. Dennis is survived by his beloved wife Helen Barry; son Dennis Barry; daughter Dineen Carpenter and grandchildren Charlotte Carpenter and Victoria Carpenter. Dennis served his country in the United States Navy as an Aircraft Mechanic. After proudly finishing his service in the Navy, he worked for Verizon until he retired. Dennis enjoyed, people and places. He loved going out to dinner. Or having family over for parties to share food, drinks and great conversation. He loved the beaches of North Wildwood, spending time with his family in Cape May and Chincoteague Virginia. He visited Disney World more times than he could count. First when his children were young, and he was fortunate to be able to go several times with his Grandchildren. He and his wife spent countless hours at Longwood Gardens. Flowers, trees and nature were like home to him. At the request of the family, services will be private.
