I will always remember Uncle Dennis taking all of the nieces and nephews, at Grandma Nicol's, outside when it was almost dark, and give us a burlap bag. He then told about snipe and told us how to hunt them!! I still hear him sitting in the yard laughing as we were hitting the ground and yelling "here snipe"!! Never did catch one, but kept us busy until we got old enough to realize the joke was on us!! Rest in peace Uncle Dennis, you earned it. Love, Terri (Garlinghouse) Oldham
