Dennis Henry Capell, 79, of N. Chesterfield, VA joined his beloved wife, Linda Newby Capell on Friday, July 14, 2023. He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry & Lillian Capell; sister, Della Schaub; and brother, Darrell Capell. Dennis is survived by his children, Robin McCormack (Mark), Dennis Scott Capell (Karen), and Junnie L. Capell (Crissy); grandchildren, Travis McCormack (Jessica), Brandon McCormack (Krista), Alison McCormack, Joshua Capell, Savana Capell, Michelle Spencer (Cameron), Austin Capell, Jacob Cliborne (Gabrielle), and Macy Montgomery (DJ); brother, David Capell (Margo); sister, Donna Allen; devoted friends, Beverly "Bugsy" and Fairy Rose; sisters-in-law, Judy Newby and Carolyn Capell. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, July 21 at Dale Memorial Park, 10201 Newby's Bridge Rd., Chesterfield, VA 23832. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the
American Heart Association or the
American Cancer Society.
