Dennis Capper Obituary
Dennis Capper, 64, of Laurelville passed away on December 13, 2025. He was born on November 25, 1961 in Circleville to Berkley and Murlene (Armentrout) Capper. Dennis loved hunting, fishing, being outdoors and spending time with family. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by granddaughter Kayla and siblings Sam, Bob, Dale Brumfield, Lenny Arledge, Judy Maynard and Mildred Davis. Dennis is survived by his wife Stephanie (Butterbaugh) Capper; children Blake, Phillip, Dennis (Bambi Harper) II, Berkley (Melissa Anderson) Capper and Michelle (Jason Irvine) Capper; grandchildren Shana, Layla, Crystal, Eugene, Maria, Olivia, Jaylessa and Wandazia; sister Esther (Vernon) Larie; brother David Brumfield; numerous nieces and nephews and special mention Addy, Aria, Henry, Hadley, James and Larie. Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 22, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with burial to follow in Forest Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday from 11-1. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to the funeral home in Dennis’ name. Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
