Dennis R. Dignardi

Dennis R. Dignardi, 90 years of age, of Union, Kentucky passed away peacefully on Friday, March 29, 2024. Dennis was born and raised in New Jersey to the late Phillip and Mary Dignardi. He is also preceded in death by his beloved wife, Diana R. Dignardi. Dennis is survived by his son, Dennis M. Dignardi and daughter, Debra Strassburger (John). He was the loving grandfather of Matthew Strassburger (Virginia), Richard Strassburger (Caitlin) and Joseph Strassburger; great grandfather of Isaac, Pearl and Evelyn Strassburger. He also leaves behind his siblings, DeAnna Ferraro, Phillip Dignardi and Linda Dignardi, as well as many nieces and nephews. Dennis worked for many years in New Jersey as an Elevator Mechanic before retiring to Kentucky. He was a long-time member of the International Union of Elevator Constructors. He was the Owner and Founder of Bridget Farms of Union, Kentucky. Dennis had a great love for animals and enjoyed being outdoors and working on the farm. One of his favorite things to do was play the guitar or work in his woodshop, but most of all his greatest joy was time spent with family. Friends and family will gather for visitation on Friday, April 5, 2024 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Stith Funeral Home, 7500 US HWY 42, Florence, KY 41042.
