Rita Guagliardo
April 8, 2024
My heartfelt condolences to Jan and the kids and grandkids, and to Rick and Kathi and families. Just like his wonderful Dad, my Uncle Tony, Denny was one of kind in character, talent, and wit. I treasure so many sweet memories of our growing up together in Milwaukee surrounded by our large and loving Guagliardo family of artists and musicians--always playing instruments and singing, always finding joy in the presence of family. We managed to share our lives, stories, humor, interests, travels, and families straight through to old age, and Denny`s 80 years were absolutely beautiful because of who he was throughout. I`m sad for this loss to the kids and grands, yet happy they will still have sweet memories of him to hold forever in their hearts, such a great Papa and Dad! I know 80 years is a good long life, but I`m still crying over knowing I won`t see him again on my next stop in Louisville. He was a very special and very wonderful fellow. I`ll miss him.
