Dennis H. Howard

Dennis H. Howard, 63, of Troy, Missouri, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family and loved ones. Dennis was a hardworking, kind-hearted man who found joy in life's simple pleasures. He loved spending time outdoors-doing yard work, fishing, and hunting in his younger years-and took great pride in his work and the home he built with his family. Above all, Dennis cherished every moment spent with his wife, family, children, grandchildren, and friends. His laughter, generosity, and love for those around him will never be forgotten.

He is survived by his loving wife, Donna Howard, and their five children: Dennis H. Howard II, Tiffany M. Briggs (Dustyn), Timothy R. Howard (Molly), Ryan A. Howard (Grace), and Nicholas E. Howard (Alyssa). Dennis is also survived by his brothers David Howard (Betty), Clyde Howard, Stephen Howard, Tommy Howard (Ellen), and Brian Howard (Dawn); sisters Helena Chumney (Mike), Janet Adkins, and Linda Howard; as well as numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins who loved him deeply.

He was preceded in death by his parents, David H. Howard and Erica E. Howard.

A memorial for Dennis will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025, 12 noon until 3:00 p.m., at the Antioch Church, 211 Boone Street, Troy, MO, 63379. Please dress casually.
