Dennis Kustes Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dennis Christopher Kustes on June 6, 2025, at the age of 64. Dennis was a devoted husband, loving father, cherished friend, and a man of the great outdoors. Born on June 5, 1961, in Gastonia, North Carolina to the late William R. Kustes and Gloria Davidson Kustes. Dennis spent his life pursuing his passions and making memories with those he loved. Dennis is survived by his beloved wife, Patricia, and his sons, Bryan Kustes and wife Alexis Humphries and Derek Kustes and wife Nicole Kustes, who were his pride and joy. His grandkids Bryce, Blake, Nolan, Bransyn, and Emma. He will also be dearly missed by his close friend Steve Jackson and best bud his dog Rebel with whom he shared countless adventures and a deep bond. An avid outdoorsman and hunter, Dennis found his peace and purpose in nature. He cherished the quiet moments in the woods, the thrill of the hunt, and the camaraderie of sharing these experiences with family and friends. He had a way of inspiring others to appreciate the beauty of the natural world and to embrace life with the same enthusiasm he did. Dennis's legacy is one of love, strength, and a zest for life. He will be remembered for his kindness, his laughter, and the countless stories he shared around the campfire. Dennis will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. Rest peacefully, Dennis-you are deeply missed.
