Dennis A Riley, age 82, passed away in his sleep December 13, 2022 at Sylvan Crossings Assisted Living and Memory Care in Fitchburg, WI. He was born on October 8, 1940 to Sylvan and Lillian Riley in Mt.
Vernon, NY.
He was a veteran of the USAF at Marsh Air Force Base in
Riverside, CA and served 20 years as a New Rochelle New York police officer.
He was a fan of dogs and horses, including riding, training, and especially thoroughbred racing.
He is survived by son, Clint, daughter, Danica, three grandchildren and one great grandson. He is preceded in death by his parents and three sisters.
Special thanks to the staff at St. Croix Hospice, Sylvan Crossing in Fitchburg, Faith Living Center, and St Mary's Hospital for their exceptional care in his last two years.
