Dennis Simmons Obituary

Dennis was born on August 3rd, 1947 to his parents Alfred and Lora Mae Simmons.
Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Lora Mae, sister Patricia Meece, brother Glenn Ray Burnett, mother-in-law, Betty Bennett, and brother-in-law Steven Abby.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Mary Lou Bennet Simmons, sisters, Rita Broyles, and Loretta Burnett, brothers Ronald Burnett, and Rodney Burnett (Kathy Burnett), sisters-in-law Sue Jones (Earl Jones) and Donna Abby, and a host of nieces and nephews, and many loving family and friends.
His service will be held at 6:30 p.m. July 10th, 2022 at Highlands Family Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, Louisville, Kentucky. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. Expressions of sympathy made be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Dennis.
