Dennis Wayne Slauson, 56, of Olive Branch, MS, passed away on Wednesday, February 11, 2026. Friends are invited to a visitation with the family on Saturday, February 28, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. in the fellowship hall of Harvest Desoto Church. A celebration of life service will follow at 2:00 p.m. Dr. Matt Moore will officiate. Another celebration of life service will be held in Bakersfield, CA on March 7, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. at The Bridge Bible Church. The livestream address will be posted soon.

Dennis was born on April 10, 1969, in Long Beach, CA to Betsy Slauson and the late Donald Slauson. He worked in the petroleum industry for roughly 35 years, and more recently for Valero for the past 10 years. He was a member of Harvest Desoto Church in Olive Branch. He was an avid cyclist and loved his bicycle, dirt bikes, and never missed watching Supercross every Saturday night. He was a member of Influencers Global Ministries (influencers.org). Dennis was not a big talker, but his actions spoke for him. He had a servants heart and was willing to do or help with anything that was asked of him. He loved family and his "girls" and was incredibly proud of them.

Dennis is survived by his wife, Dora Slauson of Olive Branch; mother, Betsy Slauson of Bakersfield, CA; daughters, Alyssa Slauson of Olive Branch, and Makenzie Slauson of Olive Branch; sisters, Daun Slauson of La Mirada, CA, Sandy Lindblom of Palm Springs, CA; and brother, Bill Slauson of Palm Springs, CA.
