My brother has always been a man of joy, strength and determination. As a kid he tried to "fly" off the machine shed at Grandpa´s farm with his sheet cape! As a young man he tried to fly down a sand road in my old Pontiac tempest convertible; not good. Dennis was truly a man of adventure and God´s creation drew him to his Father´s presence. You never had to tell him to "go outside", you had to tell him to come in the house! He gave glory to God in any conversation as naturally as breathing. I was drawn to his presence as easily as I´m drawn to my Lord because he lived by the guidance of God´s Spirit in him. Joy, strength and determination; the Readers Digest version of Dennis, my brother who´s a Brother. Fly Dennis fly! Love, Leann

Dennis was not only a classmate but a friend growing up in Abilene. He was a true friend to so many. My sincere condolences to his entire family. David Debenham
