1941 - 2024

Martinez, GA – Entered into rest on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, Denny R. Mack, Sr., 83, loving husband of his late babe, Carole Mack.

Denny was a devoted family man and loving husband, father, and grandfather, who was known as "Pappy" to his grandchildren. He was huge Georgia Bulldawg fan and lifelong bowler. Denny was a proud patriot who served 24 years in the U.S. Army.

Family members include his daughter, Teri Helms (Jurgen); his son, Denny R. Mack, Jr.; grandchildren: Kandayce Strong; Kristopher Helms; Kameron Helms; Robert Crosby, Jr.; Jessica Crosby; Leslie Crosby; Keegan Mack; Ensley Mack; great grandchildren: Preston Strong; Jordan Strong; Isabella Strong; Chloe Helms and Averi Crosby and sister: Georgia Marlene Monroe. Special "children" of his heart include: Larry & Julie Flanagan and Pat & Ashley Caughman.

He was predeceased by his babe, Carole; daughter, Traci Crosby; son-in-law, Bobby Crosby; granddaughter Emma Mack and grandson Kristopher Helms.

The funeral service will be held Sunday, August 25, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. at the Chapel of the Bellevue Memorial Gardens with Rev. Denny Mack, Jr. officiating. Entombment will follow in Bellevue Memorial Gardens Mausoleum with Full Military Honors. Honorary pallbearers will be the Augusta Bowling Association and the "Breakfast Club".
