Denzil “Skeeter” Ray Fulton, 58, of Odessa, Texas, passed away on April 22, 2024, in Midland, Texas.
Skeeter was born in Odessa, Texas to Rayfaul and Alma Fulton on December 28, 1965. He went to Permian High School and shortly after graduating took off with his friends to California for a career in building construction. He had a passion for being an entrepreneur and went on to own two successful businesses, Texas Motors and SRF Trucking. Skeeter had a zest for life that was unmatched. He loved traveling, adrenaline, old trucks, but what he loved most of all was being a Papa, Father and Uncle Bubba. He never met a stranger and would give the shirt off his back to anyone.
Skeeter is preceded in death by both set of grandparents; his father Rayfaul Fulton and niece Ashley Fulton, aunt Terry Hilliard and cousin Martin Benavidez.
Skeeter is survived by his mother Alma Griffin, brother Scott Fulton and his wife Amy, brother Freddy Seabourn and wife Jana. Two sons Dylan Fulton and girlfriend Huntyr Messick and Logan Harris. Niece Carissa Pierce and husband Cory and nephew Jeremy Fulton. And most special of all, his grandson Brock Fulton as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens at 3:00 pm on April 30, 2024. Any and everyone is encouraged to tell stories about their time spent with Skeeter. He made everyone around him smile and he would want us to remember him that way.
In remembrance of Skeeter’s life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to High Sky Children’s Ranch.
