Derek was my uncle, and if you didn't know him, or simply are stumbling upon this, he had the most wonderful smile. He loved to travel, and really adored his family. The service was beautiful, and I think he would've loved to had known that he was surrounded by people that care about him. He's now my guardian angel, and I'm blessed to have that kind smile looking over me. I'm going to make you proud. I love you, Derek. Rest easy
