Derek Lee Delosh, age 38, of Lowell, formerly of Pepperell, died unexpectedly at his home on August 26, 2025.
He is survived by his parents, Terry Delosh of Augusta, GA and Karen Paduano (John Paduano) of Worcester; his sister Jennifer Madsen and late husband Matthew Madsen of Shirley; maternal grandmother Frances Carroll of Westford, MA; nieces Mikayla Kyle, Michelle Quinn, and Mercedes Madsen; and great nieces and nephews, Lily, Lucian, Connor, Kingston, Princeton, and one on the way.
Derek grew up in Pepperell and attended the Peter Fitzpatrick School, Varnum Brook, and North Middlesex Regional High School. He worked for Dunkin Donuts and the Silver Palate. He volunteered his time at church shelters helping those in need.
He enjoyed video games and freshwater fishing. He always made people laugh with his good sense of humor. He will be remembered for being a good uncle that would do anything for anyone, and for being a fierce protector of his sister, Jen.
Visiting hours will be held in the McGaffigan Funeral Home, 37 Main St., (Rte. 113) Pepperell, MA on Friday, September 5th from 4 – 7 pm. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
