I met Derek at Advantage Sintered Metals, He was my supervisor. He was a great guy and a hard worker I only knew him for about 3 years he was one of the best supervisors I ever had, he was always willing to help out and work right beside you and not afraid to have hands on. He taught me a lot things about the job. I was really shocked and saddened when heard of his passing he was a great guy to work with and I will miss him very much my prayers go out to his family.

We use to go to grade school together an then found out u was my bff/ brother Matt's cuz we hung out alot I miss your jokes an u beening silly talking Mexican so I dont no what saying an being around when game as on that was funny as hell I miss all time we hung out together I love u with all my heart intill we meet again miss ya

Still just hard to believe man.. I'll always miss our hanging out days, I only regret that we didn't stay as close as we should have. You wasn't just family, you was certainly one of my best friends growing up. I love you cuz! Rest easy Derek ❤
