Derek Villebrun Obituary
Derek E. Villebrun, 52 of International Falls, MN died on Friday, April 14, 2023 in International Falls.
He was born on March 9, 1971 in Grand Rapids, MN he was the son of Earl Villebrun and Starlet Johnson. He was a member of the Local 1097 Labor Union, the Sons of American Legion and Camp 75.
Survivors include his partner of 18 years, Michelle Walls, his brothers; James (Jeri) Shaughnessy and William (Sarah) Shaughnessy, and several nieces and nephews, and his step-parents; Edward (Sandy) Shaughnessy.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Derek was a very loyal friend, he was an avid outdoorsman, loved to hunt and fish. He also enjoyed reading and loved his animals.
There will be a Gathering of Family and Friends from 2:00-4:00 PM, on Saturday, April 22, 2023 in the Peterson Funeral Chapel of Coleraine.
