To Deacon & Mrs. Darrell Wilcoxon and the family of Desiree Washington, Vincent and I stand and pray with you and over at this time. I will always remember her smile as she greeted everyone who would walk past her while in her seat at church. She was such a beautiful lady and she did not give up.
God Bless you all and continue to hold the precious moments that she left with you.

Love always,
Deacons Vincent & Karen Carter
