Detarious Quetez Frair passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at his residence. At the time of his passing Detarious had reached 31 years, 2 months and 22 days of life.
Detarious, the son of Patrick Henry Stevenson and Tammie Renee Friar, was born on January 2, 1995, in Paducah, Kentucky. He was very proud of the fact that he was born under the astrological sign of Capricorn.
He was overflowing with energy, determined to never take life for granted. Although he was basically an outdoor person, he was known for being a “gamer” and loved playing dominos and listening to his music.
He loved being around family; however, his greatest love was his only daughter and the time they spent together. He was a great father and never failed to show up for any event in which she was performing.
Preceding him in death are his maternal grandparents, Samuel and Gennett Friar, his paternal grandparents, Leight and Lizzie Mae Stevenson, and his special friend, Labaron L. Grizzard.
Left behind to cherish special memories are his daughter, Jamoniee Frair of Paducah, KY; his parents, Patrick Henry Stevenson of Clinton, KY and Tammie Renee Friar of Gulfport, MS; five brothers, Marcus Frair, Patrick Lamont Caldwell, Sentrale Frair, Antonio Reed, and DeAngelo Stevenson; two sisters, Tiffany Allison and Catlyn Allison; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Special thanks to his cousin Tollison Welch and friends Akeem Perry, Casandra and Dallas Cross for taking care of him to the end.
At the request of the family their will be no visitation or services.
