Devin Lee Blevins, 28 of Fort Smith, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, November 7, 2023. He was born December 8, 1994 in Harrison, Arkansas to David Blevins and Patricia Qualls. He was preceded in death by grandfathers, Clovis Qualls and Leo Blevins.
He is survived by parents, David and Patrica Blevins of Dover, two sisters, Lacey Thomas & Joshua of Alma, Sarah Blevins of Russellville; three nephews and one niece, Fulton, Finley, Fletcher and Landon; grandmothers, Donna Qualls and Jean Blevins, as well as several other family and friends.
His visitation will be 2-3pm, Monday, November 13, 2023 at Russellville Family Funeral, with a Life Celebration beginning at 3pm, following the visitation. Bro. Jerry Vinson will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral.
