Devin Marie Ellis, age 35, residing in Frankfort, Kentucky, passed on January 31, 2024. Devin was born June 25, 1988, in Gallipolis, Ohio to Martha and Michael Ellis. She graduated from Gallia Academy High School in Gallipolis but studied most of her high school years in Toledo, Ohio where she met her to-be best friend Monica Jo Redford. Upon graduation, she moved around and was employed by Burger King franchise (Carroll Company). She worked her way to general store manager in Lonoke, Arkansas, then went on to work in Mississippi and on to Frankfort, Kentucky, working at Jersey Mikes and for Black and Decker warehouse. Devin has a brother, Jonathan Ellis (Janelle) of La Porta, Indiana.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, William and Mary Smith and Charles and Delena Ellis, uncle, Randy Smith, aunt, Barbara Grable, and cousin, Preston Wroblewski.
Devin is survived by her parental units, Michael and Martha Ellis, brother and sister-in-law Jonathan and Janelle Ellis, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorial service will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 17, 2024, at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, 404 W. Dewitt Henry Dr., Beebe, Arkansas. Cremation arrangements by Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home. To view the online guest book, please visit www.smithfamilycares.com
