Devin D Hough

Devin Derrell Hough, Sr., 50, of Lake Helen, Fl., passed away peacefully on September 16, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones.
He was born on March 2, 1975, in Deland, Fl. to Jerutha Hough and the Late Dwain Hough, Sr.
Devin was a graduate of Deland Sr. High School C/O 1993, home of the Deland Bulldogs. He was known for his team leadership, athleticism, and competitiveness, for which these skills became a part of his personality and character.
Devin lived a life filled with character, laughter, and adventure. Known for his kindness, sharp wit, and love of people, he made friends everywhere he went. Devin was nicknamed "The Great Dime!", which was the name most of his friends called him.
Among his many passions, Devin/Dime had a remarkable gift for games of chance. A talented and lucky player, he approached the card, and/or dice table with the same boldness, humor, and charm that defined his life. His skills and good fortune brought excitement and joy but also reflected his adventurous spirit and his ability to thrive into entrepreneurship. Devin built and managed multiple enterprises, Hough 360 investments LLC, and Hough's Ice Cream to name a few.
Above all, Devin/Dime was a devoted family man. He was an awesome, loving father to his four daughters, three sons and four bonus sons, they were the pride of his life. His love, guidance, and laughter will remain in their hearts forever.
