DeVonte Malachi Beverly

DeVonté Malachi Beverly, age 19, of Middletown, Ohio, tragically passed away May 12, 2024. He was born April 10, 2005, in Wilmington, the son of Ronita Beverly and Sammy Haines.
DeVonté was the type of person that made friends wherever he went, he was truly a "people person" that enjoyed hanging out and partying with friends and family. He loved going to work every day and he enjoyed sports, whether playing basketball or rooting for the Cincinnati Bengals. Above all, he loved his family very much.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his mother, Ronita Beverly; father, Sammy Haines; maternal grandparents, Marvin and Lisa Frisco; paternal grandparents, Sammy and Lisa Haines, Sr.; uncles, Spencer (Dana), Derrick, Donyo, Joey, Darwin and Kaiden; aunts, Precious and London (Jay); sisters, Ari, Kilan and Kelise; brothers, Troy, Braylin and Cash; many cousins, extended family and good friends. He was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Marvin Frisco III; great-grandmother, Gertrude Hamilton-Netter; uncles, Michael and Dominic Melvin; and aunt, Christina Marie "Chrissy" Hughes.
Visitation will be held at 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 25, 2024, at Brown Funeral Home, 237 W. Main St., Wilmington. There will be no service.
The family would like to publicly convey their appreciation to Affinity Care Hospice for their emotional and financial support during this tragic time. Without the emotional and financial support of Affinity this terrible situation would have been much more cumbersome for the family.
