Diana Elkins Obituary
Mrs. Diana Sue Hampton Elkins, age 78, of Ashland City, TN passed away on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital West in Nashville, TN.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 13, 2024 from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM and on Saturday, September 14, 2024 from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM at Gilbert Funeral Home & Crematory. Funeral services will follow visitation on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Mrs. Elkin’s wishes were to be cremated after services.
Diana was born on June 28, 1946 in Clarksville, TX to the late LeRoy Hampton and the late Parillee Mauldin Bowers.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Elkins of Ashland City, TN ; two daughters, Christine Davidson of Ashland City, TN and Sarina Mendoza (Jason Leftnick) of Springfield, TN; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Diana was a member of a Lighthouse of Truth Church in Franklin, KY, a retiree of Macy’s Warehouse, and a loving mother and friend. She loved shooting pool and fishing.
