Diana Pilota Obituary
Diana was born to Gerald and Maureen Edwards on June 26, 1969 in Gary, IN.
She is preceded in death by her father, Gerald Edwards, her sweet but feisty Aunt Mickey, and the love of her life, her dog, Tyler.
She leaves behind one daughter, Lindsey Muegge (Alex, and grandson Troy) of Murray; her mother, Maureen Lenzo (Jeff) of IN and two sisters, Dawn Austin (Roger) of IN and Natalie Johnson of AL.
Everyone that knew her, loved her. From dressing up as Dr. Seuss at her daughter's school, being a Girl Scout leader and softball coach, to crocheting gifts for many friends and family, she was always doing something for someone. She loved her coffee and murder mystery tv shows.
She fought long and hard against her liver disease. She had been in and out of hospitals for months. She was one of the strongest and bravest people in the world. She is no longer hurting, no longer suffering, her body is finally resting.
Instead of a memorial service, remember her when you drink your cup of coffee in the morning, or when (and if) DA BEARS win a game.
