Diane (Dee) Carol Hanson (Kenyon), 74, of Wolf Point, MT, passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2024 in Phoenix, Az. Dee was born June 8, 1950, in Erie, PA, to Mary Ann Butler and the late William E. Kenyon Sr.
She was a proud graduate of Alhambra High School where she excelled in Tennis. After high school Dee eloped with Lonnie Bradley and during their 18-year marriage raised two children Lindee and Chad. Dee worked for Enron for 18 years and in her travels for the company she met and married Dale Hanson of Wolf Point, MT on December 20, 1999. Dee owned and ran three restaurants in her lifetime, and she absolutely loved Montana and the dear friends she had there. Dee retired after 6 years as the Aging Coordinator from the Roosevelt County Aging Services in 2015. She was always full of life and loved big. Her generous heart and contagious laugh always left the ones around her with a smile. She enjoyed fishing, camping, slot machines and spending as much time as she could with her grandchildren and great grandchild. She was always the life of the party and will be missed greatly by all that knew and loved her.
Dee was preceded in death by her father, William E. Kenyon Sr., her brother William (Billy) E. Kenyon Jr., and her niece Traci Jewett. Survivors include her mother, Mary Ann Butler of Sun City, AZ, husband, Dale Hanson, of Wolf Point, MT, her daughter Lindee Gable and husband Joe Gable of Phoenix, AZ, her son Chad Logan and wife Marci Logan of Amarillo, TX, her step-son Dustin Hanson, her sister Deborah Slater of Sun City, AZ, her brother Richard Kenyon of Prairie Grove, AR, her six grandchildren, Jessica, Brady, and Haylee Gable and Kyla, Kade, and Alivia Hanson and great-grandchild Jace Spengler, along with several nieces and nephews.
