Diane R. Johnson Diane Renee Johnson, 49 of Westfield Twp., OH passed away Saturday, Apl. 6, 2013 at Hospice of Medina County. She was born Aug. 3, 1963 in Lodi to Richard and LeeKay (DeVaul) Farnsworth. She grew up in Chippewa Lake and graduated from Cloverleaf High School in 1981. She was an accountant for Corrpro in Medina for the past 30 years. She was also a member of the Lodi American Legion Auxiliary, where she served as Treasurer. She enjoyed fishing, gardening, going to flea markets and gambling. Surviving are: Husband, Tim, to whom she was married to for 17 years. Daughter, Nicole Bean and her fiancé Matt Gable 3 Step Children, Tim, Matt and Alex Johnson Parents, Richard and LeeKay Farnsworth 3 Sisters, Denise Jeffery Lisa Webster LeeAnn (Pete) Farnsworth Niece, Taylor Webster 3 Nephews, Ryan, Adam, and Daniel Jeffery Her beloved kitty Deja She was preceded in death by her Grandparents, Everett and Helen DeVaul, Lewis and Pauline Farnsworth, uncles Charles and Howard Farnsworth, and nephew Jordan Webster. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, Apl. 10, at 11:00 AM at the Parker & Son Funeral Home, 210 Medina St., Lodi. Rev. Don Kuntz will officiate. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memory Gardens, Wadsworth. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4-7 PM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lodi American Legion Auxiliary.
