DATELINE: GASTONIA, NORTH CAROLINA
Diane Dugan Morrison
Diane Dugan Morrison, aged 64, of Gastonia, NC, left this world peacefully at her home on September 21, 2025. Born on April 21, 1961, in Gaston County, she was a daughter of the late James Dugan. Diane's spirit was deeply intertwined with her faith, having attended City Church in Gastonia for many cherished years. Known for her warmth and kindness, she had an incredible ability to draw people into her circle of friendship, offering love and support to everyone she met. A devoted homemaker, Diane found joy in nurturing those around her and was always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. She loved her husband, Roger, with all of her heart. Her passions included spending time in nature, where she delighted in outdoor adventures, from riding motorcycles to creating lasting memories during vacations in the mountains and along the coast. Diane embraced life with a profound appreciation for the small things, cherishing every single moment. Above all, Diane was a Godly woman, living her faith every day and inspiring those fortunate enough to know her. As we celebrate her life, we remember her not just for her generous heart but for the beautiful legacy of love and kindness she has left behind. She will be dearly missed but fondly remembered by everyone whose lives she touched.
