Diane Negrin, 83, passed away on February 18th, 2023 In New York City. Her funeral service will be held on February 28th at Riverside Cemetery, Saddle Brook NJ.
Mrs. Negrin was born on June 12th, 1939 in Manhattan to Samuel and Rose Freiman. She went on to marry Israel Negrin in 1965, and had two children; Joyce, and Jason.
Diane was an amateur photographer and had a keen eye for unusual beauty everywhere. Her famous line she would always cry out to all, right before taking the shot was "Don't move!" She also held various secretarial jobs and performed some work in the school system, and the local YMHA. She loved walking, singing, telling jokes, Starbucks coffee, traveling, listening to all kinds of music, learning about nutrition, and having a good time. She and her husband would frequent Central Park on weekends and enjoy the life around them. She had an affinity for fabric and porcelain dolls and decorated her space with them.
The blessing she bestowed to her children was young independence. She allowed for the safe exploration of the world, which promoted the development of a vast sense of wonder and a depth of character in her children. She was easily the life of every party, and all who knew her will miss her high spirits and her genuine, fun-loving nature, and charm.
She is survived by her sister, Nicole, brother-in-law, Joseph, her two children, Joyce, and Jason, and her two grandchildren, Taylor, and Solvej.
