Diane M. Vickery sunset on February 3, 2026 at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo with family at her bedside. Diane's sunrise was March 4, 1959 in Raliegh, North Carolina to Leon and Ruth (Westra) London. Diane's family included her husband, Bobby Vickery and her children, James “Jimmy” Douglas and Ashley (Paul) Wilcox. Three grandchildren, Juamaine Douglas, Jason W. Buell and Daniel Tripp; two stepchildren, Daniel Rodriquez and Trisha (John) Rodriquez-Rhea. Diane was the second daughter out of six children, RuthAnn Crill, James London, Flora (Ken) Spears, Dale London and Richard London; nieces, Tina Minor, Tammy Santman, Shalise Edwards, Shayla Edwards; nephews, Walter Edwards, David London, Sean Spears, Leon London, and Brad Heiser; as well as many great nieces and nephews and lots of extended family and friends. Diane was preceded in death by both of her parents; her son, James; husband, Bobby, and many of her aunts and uncles.
Diane liked to live life to the fullest. She loved her children in her own special way. She had a love for animals especially her Doberman Pinscher, Clide and her Pitbull, Zoey . Diane has touched a lot of people’s lives in one way or another as friends or family. If she has touched your life, please join her daughter Ashley and family for a Celebration of Life on February 28, 2026 at 5 pm at 5121 E ML Ave A140, Kalamazoo, MI 49048. Bring a dish to pass and a can of Diane's favorite beer. Direct any memorial donations to her daughter, Ashley Wilcox.
