South Bend - Dillon Michael Greene, 27 years old, passed away surrounded by his family on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at Memorial Hospital in South Bend. Dillon was born January 15, 1995 in Elkhart, to Mark and Brooke (Edel) Greene.
Left to cherish the memory of Dillon are his parents, Mark and Brooke Greene; brothers, Travis (Mckenzie) Greene, and Brody Glanders; grandparents, Suzy (Rich) Bontrager, Kathleen Greene, and Paul (Cindy) Edel; aunts, Anne Greene, Whisper Newton, Deja Hochstetler, Erin Edel, and Kimberly Greene; uncles, Austin Ropp and Ellis Edel; and his cousins, Stevie Baxter, Beth Dawson, Jessica Lenczewski, Kevin Ernsperger, Nicole Whittaker. Dillon was preceded in death by his grandfather, Barry Greene; and aunt, Kristina Greene.
Dillon was an extremely loving and caring person but also loved to have fun and enjoy life. He was highly active and confident in what he spoke of. He was a part of the Challenger Little League for five years. He also enjoyed playing video games, shopping, drinking coffee, bowling, baseball, and camping. He made sure to make the most of his life and never failed to tell his family that he loved them. Above all he enjoyed spending time with his father, Mark.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 5, 2022 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Rd. with a Funeral Service to be held at 4:00 pm in the Funeral Home Chapel.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
